The TPM Rollout: From Planning to Execution - and the Leadership Routines that make it All Work!
To be successful, TPM must be a strategic initiative, not simply a maintenance effort. It must balance improvement in equipment and process reliability with development of people and it must connect shop floor activities to overall organizational goals. This type of engagement requires a framework, a reliable path forward, that we call the TPM Rollout. In this session, Ellis walks through the four stages of the TPM Rollout including: Readiness, Gap Analysis & Site Design, Pillar Execution, and Audit/Accountability. Discover what’s included at each stage and how all of the activities fit together to create a cohesive effort that leaves little to chance.

For more than 15 years, Ellis has been a Senior Management Consultant – Project Manager with Productivity Inc., where he worked directly with originators and implementers of nationally and internationally recognized improvement strategies. Ellis started his career with Pirelli Cable Corporation, where he subsequently spent the 10 years playing a key role in the company’s process improvement initiatives, both at the plant and corporate level.

Today, Ellis continues to advance the principles of Total Productive Maintenance and Lean through ongoing client engagements with companies found throughout the Fortune 500 and Global 1000.
